Start with a 14-day trial, cancel future renewal through the billing portal, and contact a real person when a completed charge needs review.
Trial and cancellation
Sermon Studio includes a 14-day trial. A payment method is required, but you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through the customer billing portal.
Proposed refund windows
- First subscription charge: Request a full refund within seven calendar days after the first paid charge if Sermon Studio is not a good fit.
- Renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 48 hours after renewal. We will review the request promptly; approval may depend on whether hosted services were materially used after renewal.
- After those windows: Charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for an unused portion of a billing period, except where law requires otherwise.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: Contact us promptly. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected.
Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund a charge that already completed.
How to request a refund
Email support@sermonstudioapp.com from the address used at checkout and include the order number shown on the receipt. Do not send card details.
Approved refunds return through the original payment method via our merchant-of-record provider. Bank and card processing times vary. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
